Our creations are kept in the open air, that’s why it is impossible for us to use fresh fruits and all creams called mounted type, whipped cream, mascarpone cream, fruit mousse, cream chiffon.
We produce on request 100% gluten-free pastries (with a supplement of 1 € per piece)
The cake designs on our website can serve as inspiration. Know that all our pieces are unique, we never duplicate the same cake and do not copy the work of other cake designers.
