Discover who we are

Moon, originally from Singapore in Asia, is a passionate cake designer with a career spanning nearly two decades.

She began working in pastry at the age of 19 and has since cultivated a deep love for creating cakes that are both beautiful and delicious.

With four years of professional experience in cake design in Singapore, she honed her skills and developed her own style before embarking on an exciting new chapter in France at the age of 28.

In Paris, she had the privilege of working at Gâteau Création for nearly four years, then spent three and a half years with Mes Jolis Gâteaux, where she further expanded her expertise and creativity in cake design.

Today, Moon is delighted to take over the reins of Mes Jolis Gâteaux, allowing her to carry on its legacy and her passion for the art of exquisite cakes, with the help of her husband Cyril, who has traveled the world in search of knowledge, and who himself has been a pastry chef for over 25 years, specializing mainly in traditional French pastry.

Moon and Cyril are eager to take on this new challenge and continue bringing joy through their creations, whether for weddings, birthdays, or any other special occasion.

The photos of our creations are taken by Sylvaine Sansone, who collaborates with us weekly. She has shot all the photos on the website as well as all those on Instagram.
