Our customized cakes are handcrafted, using recipes developed in our workshop. To ensure maximum softness and moisture, all our sponge cakes are soaked with homemade syrups. Our creations are designed to be stored at room temperature, which is why we cannot use fresh fruits or any whipped creams such as Chantilly, mascarpone cream, fruit mousse, or mousseline cream.
